Connecting Strava
Strava is the most popular activity tracking platform among runners and cyclists. Cyner integrates with Strava to automatically import your runs and activities, syncing your training without manual file uploads.
What does Strava integration do?
With Strava connected, Cyner can analyze your runs directly: distance, pace per kilometer, elevation, heart rate, segments and total time. Your personal records update automatically with each synced activity.
How to connect Strava
1. Go to Settings in the app.
2. Select "Integrations" > "Connect Strava".
3. You'll be redirected to Strava to authorize access.
4. Select the permissions level (we recommend "Public and private activities").
5. Done! Your latest activities are imported automatically.
What data does Cyner import from Strava?
• Distance and total time for each activity.
• Pace per kilometer or mile.
• Accumulated elevation (ascent/descent).
• Average and max heart rate (if your watch records it).
• Segment and split data.
• Activity type (running, cycling, etc.).
Automatic sync
Every time you complete an activity on Strava, Cyner imports it automatically within the next few minutes. You don't need to do anything manually.
Disconnecting Strava
To revoke access, go to Settings → Integrations → Strava → Disconnect. You can also revoke access from your account settings on Strava.
